Matthew Tederick

Matthew earned a BA in Economics and Modern Language from Virginia Military Institute in 1989 where he was a Distinguished Military Graduate. Appointed an Army Military Intelligence officer he later became an Airborne Ranger serving with the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) during the Gulf War. Following the military, he owned a multi-office investment advisory firm which he sold after 20 years. Utilizing his governmental, real estate, and investment knowledge, he developed a thriving business solving complex problems for national residential and commercial construction entities in several states. Often leading the entitlement team consisting of attorneys, engineers and architects to accomplish client objectives. He forged over 35 projects from single parcel to 1,500 acres of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional developments. Matthew resides with his family in St. Pete Beach, FL.
